Stephany grew up in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. For as long as she can remember, Stephany has had a passion for singing and acting. However, her spark for musical theatre ignited after watching the movie musical adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera. Her middle school choir teacher recommended she start taking voice lessons, and so she began classically training as a high coloratura soprano throughout high school. She was often found singing and practicing for the majority of the day; this included performing mini-shows for family in her living room of The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Wicked, etc.

All of her teachers believed in training classically to ensure she would be able to sing many styles including musical theatre, pop, jazz, country, etc. She became heavily involved in shows at her high school and local community theatre. There she found some brilliant life-long mentors and friends that would last her a lifetime.

Upon high school graduation, Stephany began attending NYU Steinhardt’s highly acclaimed musical theatre program and has been gifted with so many extraordinary mentors and friends.

In May 2023, Stephany graduated from NYU and looks forward to embarking on her next endeavor.
